Chase has graduated from puppy and basic obedience; he passed the CGC test just after his first birthday.  Like Star, Chase made the first cut in the "best ridge" contest at the 1999 RRCUS Specialty in Winter Park, CO.

Chase earned his JC (Junior Courser) title in two beautiful runs in one fall weekend in 1999.

He loves to course, and in four consecutive trial entries in spring 2001, earned his SC (Senior Courser) title.

In 2003, Chase won Best of Breed at both an

ASFA fun run trial and an official ASFA trial.

Chase passed a Herding Instinct Certificate test in 2000.  The evaluator indicated he had "great natural talent" and "should pursue herding".

Chase learned agility with Sarah Scott and Chuck Thompson in the Houston area.
